We reply within two business days. For a print order, include your order number (it starts with PTF and is on your order page and receipt). Replying to your Stripe receipt reaches us too.

Pass the Fold is made by design of bliss.

Prints & shipping

You can order a print of any finished drawing from its page. Prints are made to order by our print partner, Prodigi, on archival matte fine art paper, in 8 × 10 or 11 × 14 inches, unframed or framed (black, white or natural wood, with a mount, ready to hang).

Prices

Prices are shown before you pay and include shipping. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Sales tax is not currently added.

Where we ship

US addresses only, for now.

How long it takes

Printing takes 1–3 business days, then it ships. Most prints arrive 7–14 days after you order. Your order page shows the progress and a tracking link once it ships. Keep its link (the Copy order link button), or find it from your drawing's page.

Returns & problems

Damaged, misprinted or wrong

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you if you'd rather. You don't need to send the print back.

Lost or late

If tracking hasn't moved for a week, or it's past the delivery window, email us. We'll look into it, and if it's lost we'll print a new one.

Changing an address or cancelling

Email us as soon as you can. Prints go into production quickly, but if we catch it before printing starts we can fix the address or cancel for a full refund.

Change of mind

Because each print is made just for you, we can't accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up within 5–10 business days.

Privacy

There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies on Pass the Fold.

What we keep

• Your drawings: each part, the strip passed on, any photos you cut out and place, the title, and the names people sign. Anyone with a drawing's link can see it once it's finished.
• Unfinished drawings are deleted after 30 days without a new part.
• On your device: your name for signing and a list of drawings you've joined, saved in your browser so you don't have to retype them. Clearing your browser data removes them.

When you buy a print

• Stripe collects your payment details, email and shipping address. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• We send your name, shipping address and email to Prodigi so they can make and deliver it. See Prodigi's privacy policy.
• We keep the print file for 45 days in case a reprint is needed. We don't keep your address ourselves.

Removing a drawing

Email us the drawing's link and we'll delete it.

Terms

• Your art is yours. Each artist keeps the rights to the part they drew. By drawing, you let us store your part, show it at the drawing's link, and print it when someone orders a print of the finished drawing.
• Anyone with the link to a finished drawing can view it, share it and order a print of it. Only share links with people you're happy to have them.
• Be kind. Don't upload photos of people without their okay, or anything hateful, illegal or someone else's copyrighted work. We may remove drawings that break this.
• As is. Pass the Fold is a small project, offered as it is. We do our best to keep it running and your drawings safe, but can't promise it will always be available.
• Changes. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version.
